Morning ventings
Good morning all, Lisa here! My new nemesis and barrier to being discharged from the hospital has become a stubborn chest tube. The doctors would like to see the fluid coming from this tube to be of minimal amount and clear appearance. The amount has been no problem, with very little new fluid produced in the past several days. However, the appearance keeps ranging from clear to milky and the doctors don't want to remove it while milky. So we are watching and waiting again today and I am trying to find some patience. (I can hear my Mom's voice in my head: "Patience is a virtue Lisa").

ReplyDeleteLisa, you're in the final stretch and you're getting closer to the finish line with each passing day. Just hold tight and you're sure to be in that winner's circle soon - remember, you are a champion!
ReplyDeleteYes dear girl, be patient...Once you get out, you don't want to have to go back in except for a checkup. Just hang in there, you can do it.
ReplyDeletePatience is a virtue! Don't rush things = better not to return to the hospital! Your drive to the next adventure is just around the corner; hang tight just a bit longer.
ReplyDeleteHang in there, Lisa:)
ReplyDeleteLisa, no wonder you recall what Sue says as you are so much like her. You have had all the will power to get well and it is going to happen soon. Love and prayers sending your way. I will be happy to keep looking after Copper amd Marty. I think they like for me to come as they always meet me at the door.
