Hi everyone, today is my four month anniversary and things are going well for me. I have finally gotten the water retention problem under control, so I am much more comfortable. My doctors adjusted some of my medications so hopefully that was the issue. I saw my CF doctor in Lexington today and he is pleased with how I am doing.
While in Lexington today I also went by my state office and saw my boss and several other coworkers and had lunch with my friend Kate. It was great to see everyone. Hopefully I will get back in the loop soon.
I joined the gym near my house last week and have been walking on the treadmill and doing some light machine work. I am still pretty weak, but it feels good to be exercising. I am also taking Sherman on walks nearly every day and we are both enjoying that. He loves visiting with his friends, both human and canine!
