Day 3 - What a Difference a Night Makes!
Walked in to visit Lisa this morning and found her off of the ventilator and awake!!! She was very happy to see us and was asking lots of questions. She remembered everything leading up to the surgery. She said to tell everyone hi and thank you for all of the prayers. Daddy and I had a very hard time keeping ourselves composed as we watched her breathe with her new lungs! Praise God!!!!!

Lisa, you are sure amazing. So thrilled about everything I have read on your blog. We just know all the prayers are making a big difference. But you are truly one of God's miracles. Copper and Marty are doing great. Copper even meets me at the door and lets me rub him. I'm getting attached to them. Vic had his hand surgery yesterday and is doing good. I don't get to have my surgery until May 19th. Better go and I hope this goes through. I have tried this,but it hasn't gone through. Love you and say Hello to all. Trish and Vic
